Do you work with clients outside Uganda and Kenya? +

Absolutely. I currently support clients in the USA, across East Africa, and beyond — all remotely. Time zones are not a barrier. I structure my availability around your business needs.

Do you offer one-off projects or retainer-only? +

Both. I take on one-off projects (like a financial audit clean-up or systems setup) as well as ongoing monthly retainer engagements. We'll figure out what structure works best for your situation on the discovery call.

How quickly can you get started? +

Typically within 1–2 weeks of our discovery call, depending on my current capacity. I keep my client list intentional so that every client gets my full attention — not a stretched version of it.

What tools do you use? +

I'm fluent in QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, Zoho Books, Advanced Excel, Notion, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack, and more. If you use a tool I haven't listed, I'm a fast learner — just ask.

How do I know my financial data is safe with you? +

Confidentiality and data security are non-negotiable. I sign NDAs as standard practice, operate within secure cloud-based platforms, and treat every client's financial information with the same discretion I'd expect for my own.
